They need our attention

Obtaining a visa gives people joy, happiness, and positive feelings! Because in most cases, people change the country for traveling, relax, or a better job. But what about animals? Unlike humans, the visit of animals to other countries does not always bring positive moments.

PROUDLY MENTIONED IN

OUR GOAL
Animal welfare improvement
Animal welfare refers to the physical and psychological well-being of animals. Improving animal welfare involves providing for the basic needs of animals, such as proper nutrition, shelter, and veterinary care, as well as addressing issues such as stress, pain, and fear. Many people believe that animals have moral values and that it is our responsibility to treat them with compassion and respect. Protecting animals and their habitats is essential for maintaining biodiversity and the ecological balance of ecosystems. Animal welfare is also closely linked to environmental sustainability, as the way we use and manage animals can have an impact on natural resources and ecosystems. Today, animal cruelty has become an international concern. Animals are subjected to harsh treatment because of human needs. Our goal is to prevent animal cruelty and neglect.

"Jallikattu" project
Jallikattu is typically practised in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu as a part of Pongal celebrations on Mattu Pongal day, which occurs annually in January. January 2022, PETA India investigated seven jallikattu events in Tamil Nadu, highlighting, such events’ extreme cruelty to bulls. PETA India’s petition states that these events are inherently cruel forms of bullying that exploit bulls’ natural instinct as prey animals to flee in response to pain and fear. The evidence, in the form of photographs and video footage, shows that during jallikattu events, bulls are hit, tackled, and poked with wooden sticks (including nail-studded ones) and other sharp objects. Their tails are bitten and twisted, and they’re treated in other cruel ways. At four out of the seven jallikattu events investigated in 2022, exhausted and dehydrated animals were forced to participate after being made to stand in queues for several hours without overhead shelter or sufficient water or feed.
